It is with great pleasure to announce that the new Rutgers Institute on Anti-Corruption Studies (RIACS) is operating in the School of Public Affairs and Administration. We are hoping to build a multi-disciplinary and multi-national network focusing on research, education, and course development on counter corruption.
The network of Associates will be a worldwide gathering of scholars and practitioners working in the field of corruption studies, and in particular on combating corruption. The main purpose is to develop a critical mass of people working in this area who can exchange ideas and come together as opportunities arise to work collaboratively on projects and provide educational opportunities. We are planning on activities such as a conference and workshop, and will announce them in the near future.
We are continuously revising and adding substance to the website in order to provide valuable resources for educators, practitioners, and citizens. We hope you can review the website and submit any ideas or comments for us to improve the resources. Please register to become a RIACS member to participate in forum discussions and receive our new initiatives and event information.
